Return and Refund Policy

At SuzuCart, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something is not right with your order, we are here to help.

Return window

You can return an eligible product within 7 days of delivery (or within 7 days of collecting it from our Ghumarwin store).

Eligibility for return

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• The original packaging, tags, accessories and free items must be intact and included.
• A receipt, invoice or order number is required as proof of purchase.
• Products damaged through misuse, accidents or normal wear are not eligible.

Non-returnable items

• Personal care and hygiene products, once the seal is opened
• Digital products, gift cards and recharge vouchers
• Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” on the product page

Damaged, defective or wrong product

If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a short video of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping.

How to request a return

1. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 88946 55403 or email info@suzucart.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Our team will confirm whether the item is eligible and share the return steps. You can also drop the product at our Ghumarwin store.
3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
4. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will let you know whether the return is approved.

Refunds

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, we refund to your bank account or UPI ID.
• Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• Your bank or payment provider may take a few extra days to show the refund.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size, colour or model, contact us within the 7-day return window. Exchanges depend on stock availability. If the new item costs more or less, we will collect or refund the difference.

Order cancellation

You can cancel an order free of charge before it is dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, this Return Policy applies.
