These Terms and Conditions govern your use of suzucart.com and any purchase you make from SuzuCart. SuzuCart is operated from NH-103 Roadside, Shimla–Dharamshala Highway, Ghumarwin, Himachal Pradesh 174021, India. By browsing the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Using the website

  • You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or shop under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
  • You agree to give accurate details when you create an account or check out, and to keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • You must not misuse the website, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

2. Products and pricing

  • We make every effort to describe products and show photos accurately. Small differences in colour or appearance may occur because of screen settings or packaging updates from the manufacturer.
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Prices and offers can change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
  • If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or typing error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid in full.

3. Orders

  • Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted once we confirm it by email, SMS or WhatsApp, or when we dispatch it.
  • We may decline or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if we suspect fraud. In that case, any amount you paid will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us. Once dispatched, the Return Policy applies.

4. Payment

  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include UPI, cards, net banking and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
  • Online payments are processed by secure third-party payment gateways. SuzuCart does not store your card or bank details.
  • For COD orders, please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. We may restrict COD for certain products, locations or order values.

5. Delivery and store pickup

  • We deliver across Himachal Pradesh and to other locations shown at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, road conditions or courier delays, especially in hill areas.
  • Where offered, you can choose to collect your order from our store in Ghumarwin. We will tell you when it is ready for pickup.
  • Please check the package at the time of delivery. If it is damaged or tampered with, note this with the courier and contact us within 48 hours with photos.
  • Ownership and risk of the products pass to you once they are delivered or collected.

6. Returns, refunds and warranty

  • Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled according to our Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.
  • Where a product carries a manufacturer’s warranty, warranty claims are handled under the manufacturer’s terms. We will help you contact the brand or service centre where we can.

7. Intellectual property

The SuzuCart name, logo, website design, text and our own product photos belong to SuzuCart and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. Brand names and trademarks of products we sell belong to their respective owners.

8. Reviews and content you submit

If you post a review, question or other content, it must be honest, lawful and your own. You give us permission to display it on the website. We may remove content that is abusive, misleading, spam or unrelated to the product.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SuzuCart is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian law.

11. Future marketplace sellers

SuzuCart plans to allow local Himachal sellers to list their products on the website. When this launches, products sold by other sellers will be clearly marked, and additional seller terms will apply to those sellers.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Orders placed before a change are governed by the terms in force at the time of the order.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will always try to resolve any concern with you directly first. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh.
